Tiered benefits are subject to change.
WinStar’s Club Passport Card has switched to a tiered card program, offering you benefits based on your tier level. Your tier level is determined by the number of tier points you have earned:
- Basic: 0 – 4,999 points
- Premier: 5,000 – 14,999 points
- Elite: 15,000+ points
Tier points are earned at participating electronic games at the rate of $10 per one tier point. Tier points at table games will be earned based on the game played, average bet and the duration of play.
Each of the three-tiered levels boasts fabulous benefits. Here are the rewards you can expect in each tier:
Your new card will be printed with an expiration date, reminding you how long you have to enjoy the benefits of your current tier level. Your benefit level will expire every 6 months. During those 6 months, the number of tier points you earn will either help you maintain your current tier level or help you advance to the next level. If you don’t earn enough points to maintain your current level, you’ll be downgraded to the next lowest level. After the expiration date printed on your card, you’ll need to visit the Players Club to receive your new card (even if you maintained your tier level).
Also, you may advance or decline only one tier level at a time, meaning you can’t drop from Elite to Basic. Whenever you unlock the next level of benefits, the machine you’re playing will notify you with a celebration show displayed on the iView. That will mean it’s time to head to the nearest Players Club desk for your upgraded card and increase in benefits. Upon reaching the next tier level, your tier point balance will reset to zero.
Please note that your old Club Passport Card will still work until you update your card, but there are certain benefits you won’t have access to until you get your new card. For example, Elite members will enjoy express lanes at participating WinStar restaurants*. Additionally, Elite members will have access to VIP Hotel check-in as well as express valet retrieval at both the casino (Rome entrance) and hotel valet. Presenting your new tiered card helps our team quickly identify you as an Elite member.

- Palladium Sports Lounge
- Capisce Ristorante Italiano
- Red River Grill
- Gran Via Buffet

Before you head out and start earning points like crazy, keep in mind that Poker, retail, Bingo and Off-Track-Betting do not earn tier points.
