Say goodbye to waiting and hello to your next WinStar adventure! Very soon, you’ll be able to skip the lines at the Players Club desks to get you back to the fun before you can say “WinStar.”
We’re always looking for new ways to improve the experience of our guests. Our brand new self-service kiosks are almost ready to hit the WinStar gaming floor! These handy machines will streamline processes like reprinting your Club Passport Card or changing your pin, and with 22 of them throughout the casino, you’re sure to spend less time waiting.
The new process will be fast and easy. To reprint your Club Passport Card or change your pin, just visit one of the kiosks, swipe your driver’s license, follow the prompts and get back in the game. And don’t worry, our team members will be available at kiosks to help answer any questions. Since the kiosk uses your driver’s license as identification, you’ll want to make sure all of your contact information is up-to-date before visiting a kiosk. During your next visit to WinStar, please visit any Players Club desk to confirm or update your contact information in our system.
Keep in mind that you’ll still need to visit one of our Players Club desks to sign up for a new card or change your personal information, so the Players Club desks will still be there if you need them.
