Things are heating up … literally. Summer is right around the corner and there are lots of ways to enjoy the warmer weather right here at WinStar World Casino and Resort.
We took the time to set aside a few things to put on your to-do list as the temperatures rise (you’re welcome):
- Hit the green – Take a swing at WinStar Golf – the perfect way to grab some sunshine and enhance your skills. Our 27-hole course is carefully manicured and ready for you to enjoy the outdoors on the course or at the driving range. Plus, learn how to perfect your game at WinStar Golf Academy with high-tech amenities like GEARS 3D Swing Analysis, TrackMan and SAM Putter Fitting and Practice Studio.
- Be entertained – This item is music to our ears. We filled the summer with hot concerts and entertainers like Paul Simon*, John Fogerty*, Air Supply, Tim McGraw*, Daughtry, Sarah Silverman, Jeff Dunham*, Tears for Fears, Rodney Carrington, Gabriel Iglesias*, Kraig Parker and more. Whew, what a list! Grab your tickets before these hot shows sell out!
- Spend a day at the pool – The Resort Pool is a big hit with our hotel guests. Beautiful landscaping, plenty of lounge chairs and a bar for refreshments make the perfect place to catch some rays and splash around. The pool opens May 6, so get your favorite pool gear ready!
- Weekends After Dark – That’s right. Every Friday and Saturday May 6 – September 4, we turn the Resort Pool into the summer’s hottest party. With a DJ, flair bartender, dancers and exciting themes to boot, Weekends After Dark is one pool party you won’t want to miss. All of our hotel guests are invited (21 and up only, please).
- Shop ‘til you drop – Did you know in addition to all the great restaurants, games and entertainment we have that WinStar is also a great shopping destination? With shops like The Isle at WinStar, Le Fleur Boutique, Essentials Gift Shop and WinStar Golf Shop, you can stay up-to-date with the latest fashions. Whether your eyes are set on the season’s hottest purses, jewelry, accessories and even the latest golf gear, we’ve got the ticket. Plus, you can pick up the coolest summer accessory, a YETI cooler, from The Isle.
- Play hard – What would a visit to WinStar World Casino and Resort be without hitting the gaming floor for some big winning action? Keep an eye on our exciting promotions and the hot new games area in Madrid for even more ways to be a winner.
- Cool down – When we say cool down, we mean cool it all the way down with a Blizzard or smoothie from Dairy Queen / Orange Julius! Treat your sweet tooth with all kinds of delicious icy treats from the newest additions to the WinStar Dining family.
