When you first lay eyes on our casino, a few thoughts excitedly race into your head. “It’s so big! Look at that globe! Let’s take a picture there!” These excited thoughts can also quickly turn into questions when you enter our parking lot.’ Where should I park? Is there valet? If so, how much does it cost? How many restaurants are in here? Should I have made dinner reservations?
Knowing the answer to these questions before you arrive will definitely make your trip easier and more enjoyable. Enter: the casino survival kit! Below you will find a few insider tips to make your trip to WinStar World Casino and Resort a more successful one.
Join the club
The most important thing to do as a first-time visitor to WinStar World Casino and Resort is to sign up for a Club Passport card! It’s free and you’ll be able to enjoy the perks immediately. Free entry into our night club? Check. Reduced green fees? Done! Discounts at our Gran Via buffet? Of course!
There are also other incentives you can earn such as a complimentary room stay, a free meal at Gran Via and invitations to exclusive events. To learn more about our Club Passport card, or to sign-up for one, click here.

Now, on to a very important issue— food! We have 19 very different and very popular spots. Capisce is the only restaurant where reservations are required, and you’ll want to be sure to make those a week or so in advance by calling 580-276-8604. While our other restaurants don’t require reservations, you can put your name on a wait list and play games until your table is ready. Terrace View Café (located in the hotel lobby) and Le Paris (located in Paris Gaming Plaza) are open 24/7, to feed your late night hunger cravings.
More tips
Our tips don’t end there. If you’re attending a concert, make sure you pick your tickets up at the box office early to avoid long lines.
Instead of driving your car from entrance to entrance and risk losing your great parking spot, we offer free shuttles that pick-up and drop off at each entrance every few minutes.
We have 35 ATMs located throughout the casino. They line the walkways starting from the hotel all the way to the Poker–Bingo Hall. In addition to Palladium, we have bars located in our Vienna, Paris, Rome and London Gaming Plazas, and in the hotel lobby. Speaking of the hotel, if you’re coming to stay with us, check-in time is promptly at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
