You may have noticed the new self-service kiosks on the gaming floor. These helpful additions are here to make your life at WinStar just a little bit easier. Now, you’ll be able to do a few tasks at a kiosk instead of needing to visit a Players Club desk. Hopefully, the kiosks will streamline your gaming experience and get you back to playing your favorites.

Sign Up for Club Passport
At select kiosks located throughout the casino, you’ll be able to sign up for a new Club Passport membership. Not all machines have the ability to sign up new members, but those located in London just outside of the Crown High Stakes area and those in Beijing next to the cash cage will have you signed up as a new member in no time. Just select “Sign Up” on the screen, scan your state-issued ID and set your 4-digit PIN. PINs cannot have consecutive numbers, so choose wisely! Your new card will be printed on the machine’s built-in printer in about 20 seconds and you’ll be ready to hit the gaming floor.
Reprint Your Card
Everyone knows this feeling: On your way to the casino, you realize you left your WinStar Club Passport card sitting on the dresser. We get it. No one wants to go through the hassle of getting a new card printed. With the new kiosks in place, you’ll never have to wait in line at the Players Club desk for a new card! All you need is your state-issued ID and PIN and you’re good to go. Your new card will print on the kiosk’s built-in printer.
Change Your PIN
Sometimes there are just too many passwords, numbers and codes to remember. We understand that your PIN may slip your mind now and again. For anyone who’s ever had trouble remember numbers, the new self-service kiosks make changing your PIN easy as 1…2…3!
Before you can change your PIN at the kiosks, you’ll need to make sure all your information is up-to-date and we have a valid email address on file. To update your information, simply visit any of our Players Club desks conveniently located throughout the casino. Once all of your account information is correct, simply select “Change PIN,” scan your state-issued ID and you’ll receive an email with a 5-digit code to your registered email address on file. It may take a few minutes to receive your email, so don’t worry if you don’t see it right away. The screen will prompt you for your code and a new 4-digit PIN.
