Each of the Ballrooms is divisible into smaller, more intimate spaces and come equipped with the latest audio, visual and digital connections, including everything needed to hang lighting rigs and presentation screens. Similarly, each boardroom offers everything needed for a productive meeting, from comfortable executive seating to flatscreen TVs and built-in display hookups.

In addition to space at the WinStar Convention Center, we offer options for space at our entertainment venue, Lucas Oil Live. For groups of 10 or more, we can coordinate suite reservations at upcoming events.
