ARS Touring, LLC owns all rights in the content and materials, including any jokes, songs and sketches (the “Materials”), delivered during this performance. The Materials may not be copied, translated, transmitted, displayed, distributed, or reproduced verbatim (the “Use”), in whole or in part, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. Any Use of the Materials without the express prior written consent of ARS Touring, LLC is strictly prohibited and violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

The event taking place in this venue is being videotaped/recorded for an ARS TOURING, LLC(“Company”) program. By entering this venue, you hereby irrevocably grant to Company and its affiliates, successors, licensees and assigns (including without limitation event and program sponsors, advertisers, and marketing partners) the right to photograph your image and record your voice, and to own, license, assign and/or use the same (and/or any portion thereof) forever and throughout the world in any manner and/or medium now known or created at any time including, without limitation, in Company and other sponsored or unsponsored programming and the advertisement and promotion thereof. You will not receive any payment for such use and waive any right to bring any action in law or equity against Company, its parent and related companies, subsidiaries (whether or not wholly-owned), affiliates, divisions, and their past, present and future officers, agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns for such use. Company makes no promise that your image or voice will appear in any programming or advertisement. You acknowledge that you are at least eighteen years of age. If you are under the age of eighteen, you represent that you have obtained your parent’s/guardian’s consent to enter this venue and be bound by the terms set forth herein and neither you nor your parents/guardians shall have the right to withdraw your permission to be taped or appear in the program and they agree to indemnity and defend Company from any liability if they or you try to withdraw such permission to be taped or appear in the program. If you do not agree to the above terms and do not wish to be taped as part of the program, please stay out of the venue where filming is taking place. No filming, cameras, or smoking inside Lucas Oil Live. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No outside food or beverages allowed; food and beverages will be available for purchase inside Lucas Oil Live. No re-entry once show is over. No backpacks allowed. Only WinStar World Casino and Resort and its authorized vendors may use WinStar World Casino and Resort names, logos, or any other brand assets for commercial, business and/or trade purposes. Unauthorized individuals, entities and organizations may not use WinStar World Casino and Resort names, logos or any other brand assets in a manner that would imply WinStar World Casino and Resort’s affiliation with or endorsement, sponsorship, or support of a third-party product or service. Children Rules

Open to all ages unless otherwise specified. Children over 2 will need a ticket to attend an event. Some shows are age restricted – restrictions noted with show information on website. NOTE: Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Please Note

No refunds, upgrades, or exchanges. In the event a performance is canceled, refunds will be honored up to one year from the scheduled performance date. In the event a show is postponed, refunds will be honored until 30 days prior to the rescheduled date.
