To enhance public safety, Lucas Oil Live enforces the following bag policy.

Approved bags:

• No inspection required:
• Clear Totes (Plastic, Vinyl, or PVC that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”)
• Plastic Storage Bags (Clear, One (1) Gallon, Re-Sealable)
• Small Clutch Purses (No larger than 12” x 6”)
• Inspection required:
• Purses/Totes that exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
• Fanny Packs

Prohibited items: Backpacks, Binocular Cases (Binoculars may be worn around the neck), Briefcases, Camera Bags, Cinch Bags, Computer Bags, Coolers, Luggage of any kind.

An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose. Please limit the number of items you bring to the theatre on event days.

Handicapped seating is assigned. There is a limit of 2 wheelchairs and 2 companion seats per transaction.

Refunds

No refunds, upgrades, or exchanges. In the event a performance is canceled, refunds will be honored up to one year from the scheduled performance date. In the event a show is postponed, refunds will be honored until 30 days prior to the rescheduled date.

Neither WinStar World Casino & Resort nor Lucas Oil Live can issue refunds to ticket holders. Please contact SeatGeek or your original point of purchase to initiate a refund request.

Refunds through SeatGeek can only be requested and granted to the original ticket purchaser. If you have purchased tickets through a reseller, refunds can only be issued to the original ticket purchaser. They will need to request a refund from SeatGeek.

General Rules

No filming, cameras, or smoking inside Lucas Oil Live. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No outside food or beverages allowed; food and beverages will be available for purchase inside Lucas Oil Live. No re-entry once show is over. No backpacks allowed. Only WinStar World Casino and Resort and its authorized vendors may use WinStar World Casino and Resort names, logos, or any other brand assets for commercial, business and/or trade purposes. Unauthorized individuals, entities and organizations may not use WinStar World Casino and Resort names, logos or any other brand assets in a manner that would imply WinStar World Casino and Resort’s affiliation with or endorsement, sponsorship, or support of a third-party product or service. Tickets purchased for an event hosted at the WinStar World Casino and Resort may not be used for any form of commercial, business and/ or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes without the written consent of an authorized WinStar World Casino and Resort representative. Children Rules

Open to all ages unless otherwise specified. Children over 2 will need a ticket to attend an event. Some shows are age restricted – restrictions noted with show information on website. NOTE: Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
