Dancing with the Stars Live!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: 2015 is going to be an exciting year, folks! I’ve covered multiple exciting promotions right here on the blog, but now I want to move on to the entertainment portion of the New Year. By taking a look at our calendar for the Global Event Center, you can see we have quite an impressive list. From Grammy award-winning comedian Kathy Griffin to country legend Willie Nelson, it will be one for the books. While these are both must-see shows, the event I am most excited for is Dancing with the Stars! I’ve watched the show every season since the inception, and I can’t wait for the action-packed, high-energy performances to take place in a couple of weeks!

From the moment we announced this show, the main question on everyone’s mind was, “Which professional dancers will be performing?”. In case you haven’t gotten a hold of the star-studded list, here it is: Mark Ballas, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, Emma Slater, Kym Johnson, Keo Motsepe, Sasha Farber, and the latest season’s first-place winner, Witney Carson! They will be performing numbers from the show, but will add in never-before-seen dances as well. You can bet on seeing the pros salsa, samba, jive and rumba flawlessly across the stage.

While there will be a lot of dancing taking place, that’s not all this show has to offer. Don’t be surprised if a couple of the dancing pros bust out singing, playing an instrument or even taking their shirt off (cough, Val Chmerkovskiy, cough). Watch out, ladies! There may also be a couple of special guest appearances. Here’s a hint for one of them: there’s a good chance “The Carlton” will be performed by the original dancer!

Whether you’re a fan of the show or not, Dancing with the Stars will be a spectacular performance that will leave you wanting to dance the rest of the night away. Tickets are still available for the 4:00 p.m. show. Pictures from the show will be posted on our Facebook page, so keep an eye out for them!
