POSTPONEMENT & CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Tickets can be purchased at seatgeek.com or in person at the WinStar Box Office. Tickets cannot be purchased over the phone through SeatGeek or the WinStar Box Office.

All patrons must have a valid SeatGeek ticket to enter the Global Event Center. Patrons who arrive with a Ticketmaster ticket will be directed to the WinStar Box Office to create a SeatGeek account and receive a new ticket potentially causing delays in entrance.

Please visit seatgeek.com and click on “Sign Up” to create your SeatGeek account. If you already have a SeatGeek account, you may link your account by visiting the account settings page. For more information, contact SeatGeek Fan Support at 1-888-220-5189.

Anyone who has previously purchased a ticket through Ticketmaster will need to create a SeatGeek account to redeem a new ticket for the show. Be on the lookout for an email coming directly from SeatGeek with information on how to create a new account and receive a barcode ticket to attend the show. SeatGeek will send a reminder email to those who don’t create an account. We have also provided information on how to create a SeatGeek account below.

We have been optimizing your entertainment ticketing experience and have made some changes. SeatGeek is now the official ticketing partner for WinStar World Casino and Resort. All tickets previously purchased through Ticketmaster are no longer valid and will need to be redeemed through SeatGeek.

We are in constant communication with our artists’ management teams on show status. If a show’s status is changed to canceled, refunds for tickets will be made available to customers at the point of purchase. Refunds will not be available for performances that occur on the original scheduled date. We do our best to communicate any show status changes via email and our official social media channels as quickly as possible once the decision has been made to postpone or cancel.

Tickets previously purchased for postponed shows will be honored on the rescheduled date. If a show’s status is changed to canceled, ticket refunds will be made available at the original point of purchase. Refunds will not be available for performances that occur on the original scheduled date.

TICKET REFUNDS

All refund inquiries will be handled through the original point of sale. If you purchased through Ticketmaster you may request a refund by calling Ticketmaster at 800-653-8000 or visit ticketmaster.com and select the “REFUND” button in your account.

If you purchased through a third-party, you will want to reach out to that company directly for more information about refunds for postponed or rescheduled shows.

If you purchased your ticket at the WinStar Box Office, please call 580-276-8510 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Thursday through Sunday to speak with a representative.

In the event a performance is canceled, refunds will be honored up to one year from the scheduled performance date. In the event a show is postponed, refunds will be honored until 30 days prior to the reschedule date.

Refunds will need to take place through their original point of sale. Please contact the third-party ticket seller directly for more information regarding policies about refunds for postponed or rescheduled shows.

If you purchased through Ticketmaster and prefer to receive a refund, you may request one by calling Ticketmaster at 800-653-8000 or visiting ticketmaster.com and selecting the “REFUND” button in your account. We encourage you to hold your tickets, as they will be honored for the rescheduled date. Third-party ticket sellers may have a refund policy. Please contact the third-party ticket seller directly for more information regarding policies about refunds for postponed or rescheduled shows.
