You know the trio of Billy Gibbons, Frank Beard and Dusty Hill as a down-and-dirty blues band, cranking out rockers and sly boogies about “Tush,” “Pearl Necklace” and “Legs.” Now ZZ Top is bringing their stage-shattering sound to the WinStar World Casino and Resort Global Event Center on Friday, November 27 at 8:00 PM.
It was in Houston, 1969, that ZZ Top’s three stars coalesced and recorded their first album. But it was the 1973 “Tres Hombres” album that brought them national attention with the hit “La Grange,” a signature track that’s one of their most popular rockers.
They have sold millions of records over the course of their career and been officially designated as Heroes of The State of Texas, but they’re really just continuing to do what they’ve always done: make incredible music with a sound that’s instantly recognizable, powerfully soulful and 100% Texas American.
It’s ZZ Top. Don’t miss their down and dirty blues-rock at WinStar Global Event Center on November 27. Doors to the show open at 6:30 PM.
