In an effort to optimize our ticket purchasing process and provide you the best entertainment experience at the Global Event Center, we are excited to announce that SeatGeek is now the official ticketing partner for WinStar World Casino and Resort!

We have been optimizing your entertainment ticketing experience and have made some changes. SeatGeek is now the official ticketing partner for WinStar World Casino and Resort. All tickets previously purchased through Ticketmaster are no longer valid and will need to be redeemed through SeatGeek.
SeatGeek is now the official ticketing partner for WinStar World Casino and Resort. All tickets previously purchased through Ticketmaster are no longer valid and will need to be redeemed through SeatGeek. You will need to set up a SeatGeek account to get your new ticket.
Anyone who has previously purchased a ticket through Ticketmaster will need to create a SeatGeek account to redeem a new ticket for the show. Be on the lookout for an email coming directly from SeatGeek with information on how to create a new account and receive a barcode ticket to attend the show. SeatGeek will send a reminder email to those who don’t create an account. We have also provided information on how to create a SeatGeek account below.
All refund inquires will be handled through the original point of sale. If you purchased through Ticketmaster, you may request a refund by calling Ticketmaster at 800-653-8000 or visiting ticketmaster.com and selecting the “REFUND” button in your account. If you purchased through a third-party, you will want to reach out to that company directly for more information about refunds for postponed or rescheduled shows. If you purchased your ticket at the WinStar Box Office, please call 580-276-8812 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday to speak with a representative.
In the event a performance is canceled, refunds will be honored up to one year from the scheduled performance date. In the event a show is postponed, refunds will be honored until thirty days prior to the rescheduled date.
All patrons must have a valid SeatGeek ticket to enter the Global Event Center. Patrons who arrive with a Ticketmaster ticket will be directed to the WinStar Box Office to create a SeatGeek account and receive a new ticket potentially causing delays in entrance.
